Thank you for providing the weight specs for your 2011 Coachmen Catalina 21BH tandem-axle travel trailer.
The trailer's empty/dry hitch weight of 563-lbs suggests that when you have it loaded for a trip, with water and propane tanks filled and all your supplies and gear loaded, the actual loaded tongue weight (TW) will be more like 800 to 900-lbs. This loaded TW is what you want to use to select a weight distribution system. The linked article may be useful to you.

I contacted Arcon, an LED bulb company, and as long as the LED bulbs like part # DI75VR are all turned off they can be left in the trailer for the winter even at temperatures below 32 degrees. view full answer...
Really sorry to hear about the nightmare you are dealing with! Based on the dimensions and amount of screws you mentioned I don't believe we have exactly what you are looking for but maybe if you could get me more of the pictures you have I can see what might work.
The closest solution we'd have looks to be a replacement roof vent assembly for the refrigerator with the part # CAM42164 and then the vent lid # CAM42163. The vent assembly measures 24" x 5-1/4" and uses 22 screws for attachment... view full answer...
The good news is that you can get all the parts you'll need in a single assembly, but you will need to confirm some measurements to determine which fan you need. You'll want to measure the opening that is on the ceiling where your current bathroom fan/vent sits; the industry standard for this opening is roughly 14" x 14" (some will be slightly larger). As long as your current fan is roughly 14" x 14", you can use something like the MaxxAir Mini Deluxe Trailer Roof Vent w/12v Fan # MA00-03801... view full answer...
We have the 6 foot long 1-1/2 inch flat width Wide Continuous Steel Hinge # H150 which is a piano hinge used for RV doors like what you most likely are in need of. view full answer...
We do not have any damaged versions of the MaxxAir shroud part # MA00-325001 we can offer at a discounted price. Best option would be to just go with the # MA00-325001. view full answer...
The Lippert # LC279687 Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers are compatible with 3000 to 6000 lb axles, so capacity-wise they'll work great for your 3.5K axles. If the center hole to center hole length of your current equalizers is approximately 5-1/2 inches and the height is around 2-1/2 inches as shown in the provided photo, the Lippert # LC279687 Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers would work very well for you.

Since you have Lippert 3,500 lb axles on your 2011 Coachmen Catalina the correct bearing kit you'd need for it is the part # BK2-100 that you referenced. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well. view full answer...
I looked up pictures of your 8511 Glo-Brite incandescent lights, and found that they are 9-1/4 square tail lights.
The closest light we have is going to be the Jeep-Style Trailer Combination Tail Light # ST60RB. It's has the same 4 functions as your Glo-Brite light (stop, tail, turn, backup), and an additional license plate light at the bottom, for a total of 5 functions. It features the same red and clear lens, so it's going to look very similar. The # ST60RB, however, is slightly smaller,... view full answer...
In that price range and tongue weight range the best option without chains is the Fastway e2 part # FA92-00-0800 which has a tongue weight rate of 400-800 lbs.
Then for a hitch ball you'd need the part # EQ91-00-6080 and you'd be set. view full answer...
The next shortest pigtail we have to the Mighty Cord Replacement Pigtail # A10-30PMVP that is 12" long is going to be the Mighty Cord Hardwire RV Power Cord # A10-3025END that is 25' long.
Otherwise you can always cut our shortest 30 Amp Extension Cord # A10-3010EH that is 10' long to the amount you need for your pigtail. view full answer...
The Global Links RV Cam Lock Cylinders like the part # 295-000003 would work great for you since they use unique keys. This one is a 7/8 inch long cylinder. view full answer...
Typically a travel trailer will have a 3-3/4" tall x 2-3/4" wide cutout for the door lock like the Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock for Travel Trailer # 295-000183. So your 4-3/4" x 2-3/4" cutout is a bit odd. I did go through all of our lock options and did not see anything that matches the cutout size that you provided.
It looks like the closest option that we have is the Bauer Products Camper Door Lock # BA65FR with a cutout of 5-1/4" wide x 4-1/2" tall which would require some... view full answer...
For a great carrier that measures 24 inches deep x 5 feet wide, I recommend using the 24x60 etrailer Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # e98874. This carrier has internal dimensions of 60" wide x 24" deep x 5-1/2" tall. You can even add theft-deterrence for added peace of mind with the hitch lock # e99047. For a great cargo bag to use with this carrier, the etrailer Cargo Bag # 988501 fits perfectly within these dimensions. You can even add an added light kit to the carrier with part # e98943-44LED.... view full answer...

Depending on your exact 2018 Coachmen Catalina travel trailer the lean may be due to the weight of a slide or kitchen on one side of the camper and is common on several campers. I find the best way to correct this is by using SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs. The springs provide additional support to the trailer leaf springs and will help to level your Catalina. There are 2 different styles for underslung or overslung axles. Finally you will need to match weight for your trailer axles.... view full answer...
Hello Robert, sorry to hear the seals you got did not work. Being that this trailer is so old, I am not surprised to hear that finding replacement parts has been difficult.
Looking thru all of the seals we carry, I do not find an exact match, but we have one seal that is quite close. The closest thing that I see is the Grease Seal # 10-40. This has an ID of 1.938" which should be perfect. The OD of this seal is 2.510" though, so it is a hair larger than what you measured. Since we don't... view full answer...
To get the correct replacement leaf springs I'll need you to verify the weight capacity of your axles and then take the weight off of the springs by lifting the trailer frame, and measuring the length of the leaf spring (center-eye to center-eye).
Something like the 26" Long 4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 4,000-lb Trailer Axles # e22YR could work for your application but we'll need to verify the things I mentioned above prior to making a purchase. view full answer...
According to my research you have a damaged water valve that could have become brittle if you left the Dometic 320 toilet out in the cold winter temps. To fix this you need to replace the water valve with part # DOM93FR. view full answer...
